Producer Boney Kapoor must be ruing the day when he cast Shahid Kapur and Kareena Kapoor in his film Milenge Milenge. The two are not only refusing to shoot a music video together but also going to promote the film separately. Milenge Milenge will be the duo’s first release together after their break-up more than two years ago. The song Sab Kuch Khatam Ho Kar Bhi… is almost a reflection of their real-life break up.Says a source, “Now that Shahid and Kareena have completed their dubbing, there’s another problem. Initially, both stars had refused to shoot for the promo but after Boney and music director Himesh Reshammiya recorded a new song in keeping with the times, Shahid and Kareena were very excited.

The only glitch is that though both have agreed to shoot for it their condition is that they wouldn’t shoot for it together. In fact, though both Shahid and Kareena have seen the rushes, they have told Boney that they won’t also publicise the film together. Now Boney is in a dilemma.”Boney Kapoor says, “Yes we are shooting the song Sab Kuch Khatam with Shahid and Kareena separately. First we will shoot with Shahid and then with Kareena. But Shahid and Kareena haven’t told me anything or stipulated any conditions. The first lines of the song are such that we can’t have the two of them singing together as it shows that they have split up and gone their separate ways on screen (like they have done in reality).”

Apparently, Shahid and Bebo have also told Boney that they will publicise Milenge Milenge separately. “I haven’t heard anything like that,” says Boney and adds, “In fact, when Kareena finished her dubbing she said she would be part of the publicity.Shahid has also assured me of his cooperation. We will shoot the music video in March and then work out the strategy as the film releases on July 2.”Kareena Kapoor says, “I haven’t been approached by Boneyji to do the song. If I am asked to do so, I will shoot the song with Shahid. I am cool with working with him. I am a professional and will do whatever my director decides and feels is best for the film.” Will she promote the film also with Shahid?

Kareena retorts, “I will do whatever I can for the film and whatever Boneyji decides. It’s completely his call.”

Not more than a decade ago, when Shahid Kapoor hadn’t yet got his break in Bollywood and was struggling to enter films, he used to live in a tenement in Andheri’s MHADA colony. Today, as well all know, Shahid Kapoor is one of the sought after stars in tinsel town and he pockets crores for every movie he does. Last week, a visit by Shahid to a studio in Andheri brought out old memory and old companions from the tenements.

Some of the people who were Shahid Kapoor’s friends from old times gathered outside the studio, hoping to meet the star. However, they were uncertain if Shahid Kapoor, a famous star now, would even take out time to meet them. But guess what? Shahid Kapoor did a Krishna to all his Sudama friends. The actor came out of the studio to meet his old buddies. He bonded with them, joked and laughed with them and even let them take photographs with him.

Well, stardom certainly hasn’t gone to Shahid’s head.

The Shahid  Kapoor mania was there for all to see when the actor newly visited Delhi to attend an event organized by a brand of jeans he endorses. A lot of people, mostly the dealers and retailers of the brand, had turned up to see Shahid Kapoor. Security was in place and the actor happily addressed the crowd.

However, things began to go out of hand when the organizers invited the winners of a contest to come up on stage to meet Shahid and have their photos clicked with the star.What next? Scores of people rushed onto the stage. In a moment they were joined by more. And before the security could step in, a lot of people were on stage to meet Shahid.

As the wooden stage was not designed to withstand the weight of such a huge crowd, it collapsed.Thankfully, before the stage came down the organizers had the good sense of whisking Shahid away from the crowd. Yeah! and we thought Shahid’s magic was on the wane.

It seems that after Karan Johar acted as a mediator between Shahid and Kareena at the current Shah Rukh Khan’s party, the ice has finally broken between them. At SRK’s party Kareena and Shahid were seen talking to each other like long lost friends and Saif too joined them. Following which, during the rehearsals of an award night Saif was all impressed by Shahid.

Last night when Shahid was rehearsing for his performance at the Yash Raj studios for an award function, Saif was also there but instead of rehearsing his act he stopped to watch Shahid perform. An insider at the studio reveals, “Shahid was busy rehearsing for his performance, which he is dedicating to Micheal Jackson.

Shahid was so good in his dance that all the bystanders just stopped by to watch him dance, especially after the training he has received for his film Chance Pe Dance from Marty Kudelka. Shahid is a treat to watch on the dance floor, so much so that Saif, who was also at the studios for his rehearsals stopped by to watch Shahid’s dance and he was so mesmerized that he continued till Shahid almost finished his act.

Bollywood actress Priyanka Chopra seems to be in no mood to get back to her ex boyfriend Shahid Kapoor. It is said that she has cut off ties with Shahid but also his close friend Mubina Rattonsey.The news is doing the rounds that Priyanka Chopra had a major fall out with Mubina for leaking their secret talks to Shahid Kapoor. She confronted Mubina the first time it happened but she denied leaking out any information.

But she decided to severe ties with her after she repeated the same mistake.It’s said that Shahid was not happy with Priyanka’s friendship with Mubina when they were having affair, as he thought she would conspire against him. They even fought over it but Priyanka continued her friendship and even shared her secrets with her.

Interestingly, Shahid was linked to Mubina in the past.

From the time Shahid Kapoor visited a building complex in Bandra to meet filmmaker Kunal Kohli, the paparazzi has been hanging around a tree in the same complex. One photographer almost lost his camera hanging from a branch. Coming back to Shahid he first went to Kunal and then he allegedly strayed. He dashed into a building that has Deepika Padukone in it.

Sources close to Shahid say that he discovered Deepika stays there quite accidentally. However, what is interesting is, that now Shahid actually loves this neighbourhood and makes nocturnal visits repeatedly. One of Deepika’s very helpful neighbours says, “I was in my balcony smoking a cigarette at 3.30 am and spotted Shahid’s SUV parked there.”

Whether the actor was visiting Kunal or Deepika is a little bit of a mystery. Since Deepika was on Shahid’s birthday guest list last night… one seems to think the scales are tilted in favour of Deepika over Kunal.
