For quite sometime now, Bollywood’s girl next door Vidya Balan has been grabbing limelight for her much criticised ‘dressing sense’. And it seems that the lady has some tough competition coming her way from another ‘fashion weirdo’-Kangana Ranaut.

The fashion girl has just hopped on the unfashionnable ‘Bad Dressing Brigade’. At the launch of Madhur Bhandarkar’s upcoming flick ‘Fashion’, Kangana left tongues tight and mouths open with her obnoxious dressing sense.

At the ‘Fashion’ event, Kangana was seen wearing a strange thing, small in shining yellow. And the icing on the cake is the actress’ claim that she designed the dress all by herself. Well, we hope she did not have any inputs from Vidya there!

But wait, that’s not all. She was also flaunting some red flowers and feathers on her made-up hair, plus a yellow colour strap on her neck And to top it all, Kangana wore shinning red heels, along with a purse in red, accessorising the package. Phew!

However, some respite at the starry night was the gorgeous Priyanka Chopra and Mugdha Godse, who looked stunning and beautiful as always.

Shooting for Razz2 has made Kangana Ranaut a god fearing person. Actually one can say that more than Razz2 kisser boy Emran Hashmi is responsible in bringing this sudden change in Kangana’s nature. Basically while shooting for the film her co-star Emraan played such a lot of scary pranks on the actress due to which she became spiritual to overcome her fears. Kangana recently while sharing her experiences said that she comes from a family who believes in the all mighty but the pranks played by Emraan has made her more spiritual and now she never misses her morning prayers. Apart from Raaz2 this gorgeous babe is also looking forward to Madhur Bhadarkar’s Fashion to be released this year. Then she has Raksesh Roshan’s Kites and T series Happy New Year in her kitty at her future projects. Adding to these is also an American production companies Romeo And Juliet.

Seems God has really been extra kind towards this spiritual girl.

There has not been much from the Ranaut girl lately, but she sure has some meaty upcoming projects in ahdn. She has ‘Fashion’, ‘Kites’, ‘Happy New Year’ and also ‘Roemo Juliet’ from an American production house, in her kitty at present. But, Kangana Ranaut is most excited about her forthcoming sequel of ‘Raaz’. This Emraan Hashmi starrer seems to be very important for her career. During an event, she spoke about Raaz II, and also her relationship with director Mohit Suri.

Talking about Raaz II she said, “It is going to be very shocking. Nobody can imagine what we are upto. It’s going to be hard hitting.”

Kangana also seemed very upset about her alleged link-up with director Mohit Suri. A visibly annoyed Kangana said, “Once and for all let me clear this out, I have nothing to do with any of my directors. The rumours are so sad considering that Mohit is so much in love with his girl friend.”

We once again gave you the inside details of the much awaited RAAZ sequel, straight from Himachal Pradesh. Here is the latest about the Emraan and Kangna starrer. And no it’s no more shooting details. We are here to tell you something about the story of the film.
Though the script of the film is being kept under wraps (for obvious reasons), as per unit sources, Jaggu Dada (Jackie Shroff) is likely to play Kangna’s father in the Mohit Suri directed film.

The earlier plan was that Jackie was supposed to have disappeared in the by-lanes of the Himachal capital Shimla, but as he could not make it on time (due to change in the shooting schedule), his portions have been shifted to Bombay. And now he will be seen vanishing in Bombay instead. Emraan obviously plays Kangna’s boyfriend in RAAZ 2, and will be seen searching for her dad in the film.

The queen of hills, Shimla, welcomed the hit pair of Emraan Hashmi and Kangna Ranaut (GANGSTER), who is at present in Himachal capital to shoot for RAAZ 2. The Himachal portion of the much talked about sequel to the super hit, Vikram Bhatt’s RAAZ (which starred Bipasha Basu and Dino Morea) commenced in the picturesque town of Shimla and its beautiful surroundings. The local girl, Kangna Ranaut (she is from Manali), appeared to be at home and looked really happy to be back in her home state. On Friday, the lead pair shot for various scenes (mostly horror/emotional) at the famous British Resort. On Saturday, director Mohit Suri picturised a few romantic scenes, the location being the picturesque Naldehra and its world famous golf course. Kangna and Emraan intermingled freely with the tourists obliging them with autographs.The unit will stay on for a few more days before moving on to Kangna’s home town, Manali.

Kangana Ranaut has slowly and silently carved her niche in Bollywood. She gave fabulous performances in ‘Woh Lamhe’, ‘Gangster’ and ‘Metro’. All these films made cash registers ring at the box-office and now she also ambitious projects like ‘Fashion’ and ‘Raaz 2’ in her kitty. To add to all these, the actress will now do an English film, produced by a US-based independent film company, Ambassador Pictures. The film is a modern-day version of Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet. Kangana is set to play Juliet in the film titled ‘Between the Night and the Moon’. The film is based in Kashmir and Florida and will be directed by Italian director Gilda Pianelli. The executive producer of the film was in met Kangana in a five-star hotel at Bandra. Talking about the meeting, Kangana said, “They want me to play Juliet and I am quite excited about it. I had a very good meeting with the EP of the film. I think that the project is in very good hands.” “After I am done with Fashion and Raaz 2, I will be going to New York to meet Gilda. It’s a nice project and I am looking forward to it,” added Kangana.

Mahesh Bhatt’s hunt for the lead girl for Raaz 2, the sequel to the horror flick Raaz, is finally over. Last night, Kangana Ranaut signed on the dotted lines after a long discussion with Mahesh Bhatt, Mukesh Bhatt and Mohit Suri.

This puts speculations that Kangana had a fall-out with the Bhatts, to rest. Kangana, who made it big with films like Gangster and Woh Lamhe from the Bhatt camp, will once again be part of their film, this time opposite Emraan Hashmi.

Mahesh Bhatt was emerging from a meeting with Kangana when we called him. He said, “Kangana is ecstatic with Mohit’s script. She loved it and said that this is how movies should be made - without any rush, unnecessary pressures and giving importance to nothing but the script. She suits the role and we’re happy to work with her once again.”

It marks the end of differences between the Bhatt camp and the actress, right? Mahesh said, “Unless money matters and other issues are worked out from both sides, we have to keep the project on hold.

We had never shut doors on anyone but in her case we couldn’t fulfill some demands, so we had to postpone our project. But when we spoke today, there was ease, camaraderie and warmth of the past.”

When contacted, Mukesh Bhatt said, “Kangana has liked the script and is willing to go out of her way to work out her dates. We are ready to start the shoot right away. People felt that things had soured between us, but Kangana is our baby and it will be the return of the hit pair, Kangana and Emraan Hashmi from Gangster.”

Kangana Ranaut was unavailable for comment, though.

This could be the boldest scene done by any actress in recent times. Kangana Ranaut is playing a supermodel in Madhur Bhandarkar’s upcoming film ‘Fashion’. The movie is Bhandarkar’s exposé of the fashion industry and the scene in question is inspired from a real life incident that took place two years ago. At a fashion show at Lakme Fashion Week in 2006, the top of model Carol Gracias’halter neck dress came off while she was walking on the ramp, and her bare bust was exposed to the cameras and the audiences. Now, Bhandarkar has incorporated a similar scene in ‘Fashion’. The scene shows Kangana Ranaut walking on a ramp when her top slips down. Kangana willingly offered to shoot the scene herself ruling out the possibility for a body double. While shooting the scene on Wednesday, Madhur kept minimum possible people on the sets. Moreover, Carol herself dropped on the sets to check out the scene. She did not interfere with anything and left as soon as the scene was shot.

Finally, Kangana Ranaut has bagged her first endorsement project, and that too opposite none other than Salman Khan. Kangana has been chosen by a leading international shoes company Red Tape to endorse their brand of footwear which had been endorsed by Salman Khan so far.Until now Red Tape manufactured footwear only for men with Salman as their ambassador. Now, the company is launching its female lineup with Kangana, who has already shot spots for hoardings and magazines and will soon be doing a TV ad with Salman Khan for the brand. Apparently Red Tape has paid Kangana a whopping figure and has promised to enhance the amount by thirty percent in the next financial year. On being questioned about the reason for she being chosen for the brand, Kangana explains, “It was my my casual looks, I guess. The brand isn’t associated with formal shoes. Only sporty footwear, sneakers etc. They want me to endorse their shoes in my jeans and with my curly hair.” Kangana is very excited about working with Salman, “It’s a good thought. I’m excited about the ad with Salman. I’ve always been his fan. I think he’s the only rock star in our cinema. I had watched him dance at an awards function and thought I’d be paired with him one day. It’s happening sooner than I thought.”
