Terms of Service
Last updated: October 9, 2026. These terms apply to your use of Picshik at www.picshik.com. In these terms, “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Picshik.
Our service and your account
Picshik is an AI image workspace offering text-to-image generation and reference-based image features when available. Models, settings, and credit costs are shown in the workspace; availability may vary. You must be able to enter a valid agreement under applicable law and provide an accurate account email. Keep your login credentials secure and contact [email protected] if your account is compromised.
Your content and AI outputs
You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit prompts and reference images, including permission to use another person's likeness where required. You retain whatever rights you hold in your inputs and outputs under applicable law and the relevant model terms. We do not guarantee that AI output is unique, copyright-protected, free of third-party rights, or suitable for every commercial use.
You permit us and the providers needed for your request to process and store submitted content to provide the service, maintain private history, resolve technical problems, and enforce these terms. This permission does not automatically authorize us to publish private images in our marketing or a public community. Review outputs before using or distributing them.
Credits and delivery
Purchases are one-time credit packages, with no automatic renewal. The checkout price, currency, credit quantity, and validity period apply to that order. Credits expire according to the purchased package and the credit record; expiry does not itself create a right to a cash payment. Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply.
Waffo hosts checkout and handles payment processing under its applicable terms. We verify a successful payment on the server before granting purchased credits. Redirecting to a success page alone does not prove payment or credit delivery. Credits normally arrive after that verification; contact support if a confirmed payment is not reflected in your account.
Generation cost is shown before submission. Successfully completed tasks consume the indicated credits. Confirmed failed tasks restore the affected credits; still-processing or uncertain tasks may require investigation. Promotional credits are subject to the terms disclosed for the offer, and are not redeemable for cash. Refund requests are governed by our Refund Policy, without excluding rights required by law.
Acceptable use and enforcement
Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms and applies to text-to-image generation, image-to-image generation, editing, prompts, reference images, and outputs, including content kept in private history. You must not request, upload, generate, store, or distribute the following prohibited content through Picshik:
- Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit or pornographic content, including non-consensual intimate images.
- Violence / gore: graphic violence, gore, torture, abuse, or content threatening, encouraging, or glorifying serious harm.
- Hate speech: hateful attacks, dehumanization, discriminatory abuse, or incitement against people or groups based on protected characteristics.
- Child-unsafe content / CSAM: child sexual abuse material, sexualization or sexual exploitation of minors, and content endangering children, including synthetic depictions.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: deceptive deepfakes, impersonation of real people, identity fraud, and unauthorized or non-consensual use of a person's likeness.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: content infringing another party's copyright or trademarks, including unauthorized reproduction or misleading use of protected brand materials.
Do not attack the service, steal credentials, bypass safety restrictions, or abuse free-credit offers with fraudulent accounts. For confirmed violations, we may issue a warning, refuse a request, remove violating content, restrict generation access, temporarily suspend service, or permanently terminate access for serious or repeated abuse. We may revoke promotional credits obtained through fraud; purchased-credit and billing questions remain subject to our Refund Policy and mandatory legal rights, not an automatic blanket forfeiture.
Report prohibited content or infringement to [email protected], with the subject “Content Report,” the relevant task ID or page URL, and a brief reason. Do not send illegal images or unnecessary private material. Reports are reviewed manually: we assess urgency, examine relevant records, decide whether a violation occurred, take proportionate action, and communicate the outcome where appropriate. Child-safety concerns and credible threats receive priority. To appeal, reply to the decision email or use the same support address with the subject “Content Appeal.” The Acceptable Use Policy explains the reporting, review, enforcement, and appeal process in more detail.
Availability and limitations
AI outputs may be inaccurate or unsuitable, and requests can take time or fail. We do not guarantee a specific image outcome, uninterrupted model availability, or permanent image storage. The service and its original software and brand materials remain the property of their lawful owners. These terms do not authorize redistribution of our source code or platform materials.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is supplied as available and our responsibility is limited for matters outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded, or limits obligations for deliberate wrongdoing where law prohibits such limits.
Privacy, changes, and disputes
See our Privacy Policy for model processing, storage, payment information, and privacy requests. Material changes to service terms will be communicated as required; a later price change does not retrospectively change the price or credits of an already completed order.
Contact [email protected] about disputes so we can investigate the order or task. These terms are subject to applicable law and do not remove mandatory local consumer protections or any right to bring a claim before a competent authority or court.
